R5 3600 remains stationary at 70°C
Purchased a R5 3600 with Asrock B450 Steel Legend using stock cooler. Idle temperature hovers between 60-70°C, fluctuating every 2 seconds and reaching up to 95°C. In-game clock spikes every second, ranging from 2.1 to 4.2, showing no stability. Reset BIOS, but no improvements noticed. Case airflow remains strong with 4x120mm fans.
pre-applied stock cooler thermal paste was used, and the cooler was tightened until it was securely in place.
