I have an MSI B450 Pro M2 board and an Intel Core i5-3600 processor. When the PC starts, it doesn’t boot properly—monitor shows no signal and the CPU debug light is on. But when I power off and turn it back on occasionally, it boots into Windows. You might be right about a BIOS issue, since MSI support for AMD BIOS isn’t strong. Have others experienced this problem? Any suggestions?

Which power supply are you using? Also, could you send back the board? It seems to be underperforming with the Ba 3600—just to be safe, I’ll clear the CMOS and update the BIOS.

Prior to assembling the new machine, I tested it using that power source and everything worked fine. (Enermax MaxPro 700W) After updating the BIOS and resetting the CMOS, the issue persisted.

This device is quite old, only a few years past its prime. It seems to struggle with basic tasks like providing a stable connection.
