I replaced the damaged mount with a new one, but it didn’t make a difference. I’ve applied thermal paste again twice.

106c !! Gezus!! Take the stock cooler and place it on your CPU. Your temperatures will drop noticeably. Next, seal the AIO and request a refund. After that, purchase an advanced RGB heat sink with heat pipes and a fan.

I asked for a replacement backplate three months ago and received an email today saying they’re still out of stock. I’m not a fan of nzxt right now. Once it’s cooler, I’ll check again—I’ve had temperature issues with different coolers before, especially when switching from stock to aio, where there was no difference in temperature.
