Hey! Your laptop has important data, but the SSD isn’t working properly. The HDD seems fine according to checks, and Linux shows data while Windows doesn’t. I’ve cloned a damaged SSD to a fresh one in Linux, and it works there. However, when trying to boot from the cloned drive on Windows, I get an error saying recovery options are loading. I’ve used repair tools before but haven’t had success. It looks like some specialized software might be needed. The OS is Windows 11. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

There seems to be an issue. A correctly cloned drive should start up. License holders shouldn't cause trouble. If you don’t have the license in an email, simply provide the company with your receipt and they’ll get you back on track.

At cloning linux I noticed some unclear sections filled with zeros, roughly 70mb in size. When I attempt to boot a damaged SSD after BIOS, it displays endless darkness with only the HDD reading light on. Reaching out to the company has been met with resistance—they prioritize profit and charge high fees for new licenses. They assist with software issues but only if you pay their standard rates.
