Looking for ways to improve CSGO performance with your current setup? Your main GPU is on an Intel HD 4600 and you're using an I5-4210H. At lower resolutions like 1280x720 you get smooth 34-40fps for about five minutes, then it drops to around 33fps. You’re considering autoexec.cfg but most options are outdated or not very helpful. Steam launch settings haven’t helped much either. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Don't believe it, the i5-4210H isn't the issue at all.

the system has a maximum power allowance for the iGPU, but it's unclear whether this is included with the total iGPU and CPU power or treated separately.

Choose between 1920x1080 and 1280x720 resolutions. Use 1280x720 at lower or medium settings with the anti-aliasing disabled. Check the BIOS for how much memory is assigned to integrated graphics. Confirm your laptop’s total RAM capacity. If available, consider boosting it to 1GB.

It's a long story, but I started with an 8GB drive. I lent it to a friend who gave me a 2GB one, and now I have six in total.

I receive the FPS at 1280x720 with all settings set to low and VSync enabled at double. Without VSync, performance drops further.
