I have a ROG STRIX Z690-A D4 board running BIOS 0707. I downloaded the newest BIOS and intend to upgrade it. Since I'm new to BIOS Flashback, I was thinking of using EZ Flash via the BIOS interface. I tried the BIOS Renamer tool, but I read online that renaming is only required for the Flashback method. Does the name matter when using EZ Flash? Should I choose BIOS Flashback over EZ Flash if it's available? Is there a standard approach? Thanks!

Using Flash would make it faster and easier to return to an older or newer version.
