Add a quick launch menu similar to Windows 7/10, organized as a folder with a list view. You can use third-party tools or registry tricks to achieve this without relying solely on the official QuickLaunch repo.
I'm not very familiar with Quick Launch or Open-Shell. Have you explored it? It might not be what you're looking for, but there could be alternatives or settings to adjust.

I tried it, unfortunately, similar to startisback, I couldn<|pad|> a way to locate it. It's a custom panel: a folder with shortcuts and subfolders for fast access from the taskbar.
The ExplorePatcher (EP) functions best when security settings allow bypassing restrictions. EP requires frequent updates and often fails during Windows update sessions. For Quick Launch alternatives, consider apps from the Microsoft App Store listed below. These aren't identical to Quick Launch but can provide suitable substitutes. Taskbar App Launcher and Din Quick Launch My Quick Launch are recommended options.
