I’m not sure how to handle the issue. I have a Non smart TV used as a monitor without Bluetooth, and my PC is an Asus ROG Maximus XI Hero with an 9th Gen processor and a non-Bluetooth motherboard. I bought a Bluetooth transmitter to connect my MI Superbass wireless headphones via USB and microphone port, and I can hear the sound from apps and websites.
Sadly, when I use these headphones on Skype, I can’t use its microphone. On my laptop, which supports both audio and microphone, it works fine. Is there any way to use the microphone with this same headphone?
The TV/monitor connects through an HDMI/DISPLAY cable (HDMI in TV, DP in CPU). I also tried plugging the transmitter into the CPU using USB and lineout, but got the same result.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I bought the Bluetooth transmitter from a nearby shop, but it matches the one shown here: https://www.amazon.in/Shopidity-Wir...ue...ver+for+pc&qid=1639115298&sr=8-8
That device doesn't say anything about microphone -- only speaker in the description. Your TV would have to send audio BACK to the PC. It might have a port that has ARC support, but my guess is that there is no path from the USB port on the TV to the HDMI port. I don't think you will be able to use the microphone.
