I’m planning to purchase a new PC and this is the first time I’ve upgraded. I’ve been using an i5 6500P for quite some time, and it’s frequently hitting 100% CPU usage, which causes performance issues in games and leads to stuttering.

I’m considering a Phanteks case because it looks spacious compared to other options. However, I was thinking of adding all Phanteks fans and a liquid CPU cooler, but the Phanteks liquid cooler doesn’t include an LED screen. While many people dislike LEDs and RGB lighting, since I’m going all out, I’m wondering if it’s worth it. Should I opt for a branded liquid cooler with an LED display and pair it with matching fans for the case?
Regarding the fans, some recommend using reversed settings. At the moment, I’ve selected the standard Phanteks RGB fans on my wishlist.
For RAM, I’ve picked the Corsair DDR5 6500, but I’m not sure if there’s a better alternative. Should I go for Teamgroup T-Force delta RAM instead of Corsair?
I’m still figuring out the motherboard. I’m thinking about getting an i7 14700K and want something that offers comprehensive features and top performance. What brand and model would be ideal?
No GPU has been chosen yet, though I might consider the 4070 in the future.

I would skip the sleeved cable extensions and choose custom-length sleeved cables from the PSU to your devices. This eliminates extra cable length and gives a much cleaner appearance, in my opinion. Also, I prefer to use my own cables rather than storing them in tight spaces.
I would have selected a DDR5-6600MHz RAM kit instead of what you suggested. Your listing seems to lack a CPU cooler—are you repurposing an older one or leaving it open for our suggestions? I usually prefer a smaller SSD capacity for the operating system, apps, and launchers, reserving a larger one for the game library. If this build is intended for content creation, a mechanical drive would be ideal to store all finished projects.

I have completed another build, though it lacks some components I need assistance with. I opted for the Lian-Li HyrdoShift cooler and selected the Lian-Li SL-Inf fans to match it. Will these fans fit in the Phanteks NV5 ATX Mid Tower Case if I stick with this case instead of a different Lian-Li model? Additionally, should I purchase all three fans and the two single fans together?
