Current System details are as follows:
ASUS Prime X-470-Pro Motherboard
16GB DDR4 3200 RAM
Ryzen 5 5600X CPU
Radeon RX 6700XT 12GB VRAM

Considering an upgrade to 32GB RAM in two modules.
I'm seeking guidance on optimal latency and timing specifications.

This configuration has been in use since 2018:
Team T-Force DARK Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model TDPGD416G3200HC14ADC
DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
Timing 14-14-14-31
CAS Latency 14
Voltage 1.35V

Feedback and recommendations are welcome.

Reviewing feedback on Newegg, many highlighted issues and noted the timing was subpar. I think a higher cas latency is preferable? It's still unclear what the optimal timing should be.
