All in mind.
The price in Canadian dollars is as follows:
I currently own a Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) at 6400MHz CL38, Overclocking Desktop Gaming Memory, Intel XMP 3.0 & AMD Expo Compatible – Black CP2K16G64C38U5B. It cost me 124.25 with taxes.
CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) at 6000MHz CL30, AMD Expo Intel XMP compatible – Gray (CMK32GX5M2B6000Z30) is available for 152.45.
I have a Ryzen 7600 and an MSI PRO B650M-P (7E27v1H1, beta bios update).
I ran Prime95 on Blend for 24 hours with no errors.
Should I upgrade to the 6000MHz CL30 model?
I’ve seen that it might be better to use a 6000MHz CL30.
6000 CL30 offers slightly better overall performance compared to 6400 CL38. This improvement is unlikely to be noticeable in real-world use. Maintain your current RAM settings, as they have worked well for you. The additional cost is better spent on something more practical like fuel or a meal.
