Unless it comes preassembled with a comprehensive product specification page (like Dell or HP), it's unlikely. You may be able to make an educated guess using the hardware, but that won't be very helpful—especially if you could simply remove the panel and inspect it. What are your goals?

The frequently used Speccy tool does not display PSU information. If you own a ready-made setup, the power supply is probably average at most. I would be cautious about upgrading the GPU using the standard pre-built power supply, as we truly don’t know what GPU upgrade you’re planning.
