Hi there, I'm just starting out in the PC world. I'm experiencing an odd issue where when I turn on the PC, only RAM appears in the list but nothing else shows up. If I power off the PC at the power supply and then turn it back on, it starts working again—uncertain what to do, hoping for some help.

My system specs are:
- Windows 11 Home
- Corsair 7000d Airflow case
- Corsair AIO
- Corsair RM1200x Shift 80 Gold PSU
- Corsair system fans
- Ryzen 9070X
- Ryzen 9800X3D
- G Skill 32GB Trident RAM
- WD Black 4GB SSD
- MSI Tomahawk X870e board

Is this a freshly assembled unit? Has it ever started before?
Illumination doesn't confirm the system is working correctly—it only indicates the power supply is delivering the right voltage for lights. Do the fans operate?

Hi, thank you for your message. The PC is around six months old and hasn't had this issue before. It seems the fans aren't spinning at all; only the RGB lights on the RAM are active. Everything works normally until I switch off the power supply and then turn it back on after about ten seconds, after which the PC starts up fully without any problems.
