initially, my setup is as follows: graphics card 4060ti, motherboard pro b760-vc wi-fi (ms-7d98), psu evga 850 gold. on wednesday morning it functioned properly after an update, but i left it on. later that day i returned home and noticed nothing was wrong. i attempted to fix it by using a screwdriver, unplugging it, and holding the power button, but it still didn’t work. i tried removing random components and the gpu came first. at that point the red light indicator appeared (i must have forgotten to unplug it). i’m uncertain about the issue and would appreciate any help.

EVGA is the brand of the unit while 850 and gold are the advertised wattage and 80+ efficiency ratings of the unit. What is the model of the unit and it's age?

page 41, the red debug LED designates CPU = you might have a CPU issue. Your motherboard doesn't have an option to recover/reflash the BIOS so you're going to have to swap out your parts onto a known working motherboard(likely your neighbor or friend).
