I purchased a new PC with a Ryzen 5 5500, RX 6600 8 GB, 16 GB RAM, an A520M motherboard, a 1 TB SSD, and a PC that powers on normally. After some time, the monitor, keyboard, and mouse stop working. It seems power is being cut to those components. A service test confirmed everything is fine except the main parts (GPU, CPU, RAM). They mentioned the build passed all tests. Could this issue be related to the old monitor? Since it uses VGA, I have a VGA to HDMI adapter installed, but I’m not sure if it’s the right setup. Would you consider replacing the keyboard and mouse?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Was the system bought as is, assembled or did you purchase parts and assemble the system yourself?

CPU: Ryzen 5 Hexa-Core 5500, 3.6 cores at 4.2 GHz (12T, 16MB L3/3MB L2 cache)
CPU cooler: unknown
Motherboard: A520M K V2rev, 1x
Memory: 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, KVR32N22S8/16BK bulk
Storage: 1 TB SSD M.2 NVMe SNV2S/1000G NV2 Series
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB GDDR6, RX6600 Challenger D 8G
Power supply: Raidmax 650XT 650W
Case: Raidmax X921
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
Display: SyncMaster SA300
The PC was purchased assembled. It wasn’t in my possession since it was serviced and hasn’t arrived yet. The hardware appears fine, but I can’t access the BIOS version at the moment due to warranty reasons. I also couldn’t open it before to check the CPU cooler.
