I just bought a Gigabyte RTX 5070, which is an upgrade from the RTX 3070.
I didn’t get any video signal and my keyboard doesn’t light up.
At first, the VGA light on the motherboard was on; after resetting the CMOS it disappeared.
The fans on the GPU are spinning.
My other parts include: Ryzen 55600X, Aorus Elite B450 motherboard, two 8GB RAM XPG spectrix 3000MHZ modules, and a PSU: Adata Core reactor 650W plus gold.
In theory, the 650W PSU should be sufficient for the RTX 5070.
The PSU is from early 2020, and all connectors are securely connected. I re-seated the GPU and switched back to the RTX 3070, everything worked fine.
I’m not sure what to troubleshoot next—could it be a problem with the PSUs?

PSU: Adata Core reactor 650w plus gold
The PSU is from the early 2000s.
Be precise about the unit's age.
I have no idea what to fix next, should it be the PSU?
If you suspect the PSU, borrow a reliable one with 750W for your system and check if the problem continues.

What BIOS version are you using for your motherboard?

The connection of the 5070 power cable was completed by following the provided instructions. An adapter was not required for the 12V-2x6, and no separate cables were used from the PSU; instead, a daisy chain method was employed.

PSU is from 2020, not from the early 2000s
sorry, my mistake
I changed from a Ryzen 7 2700x a few months ago and updated the BIOS to version F67g
I'm using the adapter that came with the graphics card
