If you're sticking with the RTX 4070 Ti and your CPU has a reasonable power draw, then my advice is to skip upgrading your PSU entirely. I recommend using it with your current power supply, since the voltage spikes in the 40 series are significantly better than those in the 30 series. But if you plan to get the RTX 3090, I'd agree you should consider upgrading your PSU.

Don't rely solely on the 450w rating for the 3090, as it doesn't factor in the spikes. The 470ti 850w should suffice.

I will review the suggestions about the PSU, and so far it appears that very few have recommended the 850W Corsair model. I am considering going with the Corsair Gold 850W now.
