my pc during gaming causes a black screen, fans spin nonstop, lights stay on, and a loud buzzing plays through the headphones. The only solution is to restart the pc by turning it off and on again using the designated button. This issue appears mainly with highly graphical games such as hellidvers 2, fallout 4, marvel rivals, and batman arkham knight. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Bdf8pB link to specs

I believe it might be my CPU since it hits around 95°C during games, but I haven't seen anyone discussing CPU crashes.

What's the cooler doing? Are you checking temperatures with something?

using amd software and msi afterburner both achieve identical temperatures, yet it's a stock cooler.

Check the Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer sections. Either tool might record an error code, warning, or informational event shortly before or during the crashes.

checked the event logs yesterday and found nothing until after I powered off my computer after the crash.
probably the CPU temperature is the issue—temperature rises when I've been using it all day, but if I start playing first thing in the morning after a long night, it takes much longer to crash.

95c focuses on the idea that amd processors may slow down or stop, likely due to software or bios problems rather than just throttling. It suggests checking the bios for currency. Upgrading to a better stock cooler would be a good idea. Thermalright's premium products are both high-quality and affordable. Your case works well with air cooling.
