I recently acquired a new PSU for my mom’s PC build as part of her new setup, but I suspect it might be faulty and could require a return.
I attempted to breadboard the PC—only connecting the motherboard, RAM, NVMe drive, and testing power pins on the motherboard itself—but nothing worked. It seems the PSU isn’t delivering power properly either.
I found a streamable PSU tester video online: is my PSU just defective? I’m struggling to interpret the results.

What connectors were connected to the tester?
Which power supply unit are you operating?
