someone can assist with the issue where the PC powers on but there is no display, no lights on the keyboard or mouse, and no input detected. This occurred last night after you disassembled and reassembled it. Recently, it started working randomly later, and now when you turn it on this morning, there is still no keyboard or mouse response, though the fans are spinning.

System specifications are available, including the power supply unit's make, model, or part number. The age of the PSU is provided as well. Additionally, it is noted whether the PSU was purchased new, used, or refurbished.
