Hi everyone
I'm facing extremely high CPU temperatures with my Intel i7-10700KF.
When idle, it stays between 35 to 40°C, but during light games like Balatro or while browsing it climbs to about 60 to 65°C.
In more demanding titles such as Returnal, it can even reach up to 100°C.
The cooling fan appears to be working at full speed. One tube is warm, which indicates the coolant is flowing properly.
I've already re-applied thermal paste, cleaned the system, tweaked the fan curves in BIOS, updated all drivers, and even reinstalled Windows 11 recently.

PC Specs
Mobo: MSI Z490 Gaming Plus
CPU: Intel i7-10700KF
GPU: RTX 3070
RAM: 16GB DDR4 at 3000MHz
Cooler: Corsair H60 Liquid
PSU: 750w

I'm running out of ideas and would appreciate any suggestions or experiences from others.
Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, you should use a larger AIO. Remove the side cover of the case. Use a house fan if available, or not, and check the temperatures. If they improve, it suggests a case flow issue. If not, the problem is likely with the AIO.

Thank you for your response. Just a minor adjustment, it's not an H60 but an H100x. The case side panel has already been removed. I'll attempt to locate a house fan to test and see if temperatures improve.

Ensure the pump and lines are arranged so the pump isn’t trapped by an air bubble. If the AIO matches the 10th generation, it might be failing after several years. It’s common for AIOs to start showing issues around 5+ years old. Do you have a compatible air cooler on hand for testing?

the pumps maintain consistent temperature throughout except for the lukewarm one that feels warm near the radiator. Unfortunately, I don't have an air cooler to test with. :/ Do you think I need to purchase a new AIO? If yes, would it be acceptable to buy another model or something different? I've attached photos of the computer setup for your reference: https://imgur.com/a/AiR7mxz View: https://imgur.com/a/AiR7mxz

That AIO isn't supposed to be oriented that way - not unless the cpu block has a window to allow you to see inside it.
There's likely air collecting in the pump, and that's no good.

the computer was mounted on a wall in the previous owner's house, and I believe it was flipped (down was up and vice versa). Should I move it to the floor in the opposite position? if you need guidance on how to do it, just let me know because i'm a beginner ^^

the pump is having trouble in the current setting you used; switching directions would simplify its movement of the fluid

. When i'm just on the web browser i have 55-70 °C
Also I've just realized that a screw is missing from the watercolling casing. I bought the "4studs115x 1200 1366"
here
but i'll receive it in 14 days
