I'm working on finalizing my first PC build and have mostly resolved the setup. I need to pick a GPU now. The current PC is capable of a PC build: 9700x/9800x3d, MSI B850 Edge Ti, 64 GB RAM, 850/1000W PSU, dual M.2 drives. I'm not seeking general advice but only about the GPU choice. I've selected the XFX Mercury OC RGB Radeon at £650, PowerColor Red Devil OC at £690, and Sapphire PURE Radeon at £600. I need to determine which option offers the best balance of performance, noise level, overclocking potential, cooling efficiency, and reliability for a 1440p display.

RAM should be 6000 MHz with CL30 latency. Ryzen CPUs perform optimally with medium to high speed, low latency memory. Choosing cheaper options may cause a noticeable decline in CPU gaming performance.
