its a budget build of my friend,for office work
no display on monitor after power on,matter of fact the cpu fan does not spin at all,plus the cpu fan has a 4 pin connector while the CPU_FAN pin on the motherboard has only three pins,could this be the issue? but when plugging the fan cable into the SYS_FAN it automatically spins even before pressing the power button
i have a multimeter though can i test the motherboard using it?
450w umax psu problem. Bad power supply. You might need to replace it. The board could be faulty.
Considering the system's age, I'd be interested to know where you're located in the world where a comparable system could be bought as a business refurb for less than $100 in the United States. Regarding the motherboard, could you confirm if it supports DDR3L?
