I own a brand new PC build, my 9070xt isn't showing in BIOS or on Windows device manager. The GPU has RGB lights that activate during startup. I have an AMD 7800x3d, AORUS x870 elite wifi 7 board, and a 1000W PSU. I've tried updating the BIOS, changing PCIE to gen 4, re-seating the GPU, booting with just one RAM stick, using HDMI and DP cables on the GPU, but no display signal appears. I can only use the CPU's integrated graphics. Any suggestions? I don't have another card to try in the slot and can't fit it in separate PCIE slots.

Ensure PCI-E cables are completely seated on both GPU and PSU sides. A CMOS reset can also be beneficial.

No success yet, removed the battery from the motherboard and cleared CMOS, but can only access BIOS via CPU integrated graphics. Also tested additional PCIE cables; tried connecting the GPU to a TV instead of a monitor and still no signal. Thanks for the assistance!
