Question9070 XT with FSR 4 activated - are there any stuttering issues in ARC Raiders?
Some Sapphire, Nitro, Pulse models need a 850W power supply. Nitro requires 850W, Pulse needs 750W minimum.
Hey there, just wanted to mention I'm planning to use the Saphire pulse 9070 XT.
NP requires a minimum of 750W, but a slightly underpowered PSU might lead to stutters when the GPU demands more. The stated minimum is just a guideline. When increasing settings, the GPU needs additional power and the 750W PSU might fall short for the 9070XT. What is the age of your PSU? Who manufactures it? How many drives are connected? Are you overclocking?
Which bios are installed on your mobile device? Are they current?
Please verify your driver version. It seems to be related to AMD or a game issue. If the problem lies with the game, our options are limited.
There might be an issue with your Adrenalin Install. Microsoft released a Windows Update in September that led some users to encounter version "25.10.30," which doesn't exist. This caused many corrupted Adrenalin installations, possibly affecting yours without your knowledge. I suggest updating to version 25.10.2 and using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to remove the old drivers and reinstall them. This might resolve the problem.
Your system's power output is conservative compared to typical requirements. A standard 7800X3D model stays under 120W. With an OC'd 9070 XT, peak spikes reached around 515W, occurring about five times in eight months. Combined with other components, this could reach approximately 635W. Adding roughly 100W for additional hardware still keeps you under 750W. In gaming, you're likely using 80-90W on the CPU, 304-340W on the GPU, and around 100W for other parts, totaling up to about 530W. Operating near 60-70% of your power budget is optimal for your PSU and provides ample headroom for occasional spikes.
From what I know, AMD hasn't officially confirmed FSR4 support for Arc Raiders. Given the problems you're experiencing, it's possible the issue isn't resolved with the current drivers. Since Optiscaler isn't an option for multiplayer games, adjusting settings to skip FSR might be a better approach if FSR3 is also causing trouble. There might be something on your system affecting performance, though other players are reporting inconsistent results with the FSR4 toggle. Until AMD provides official support for Arc Raiders FSR4, it's probably not worth worrying too much.
