Hi, I just purchased an Intel 13700K but am seeing a very low Cinebench score of 17,120 for multi-core. My board is an Asrock B760M iXD4 with the latest BIOS and default settings. What might be causing this issue?
Also, did you capture a screenshot of your hardware while running Cinebench? Anything unusual to note?

Sorry, I don't have the information about the P cores running speed during Cinebench's long execution.

ASRock B760M-ITX/D4 WiFi is compatible with 14th, 13th & 12th Gen Intel Core processors (LGA1700); features 5+1+1 Power Phase and Dr.MOS for VCore+GT; includes 2 x DDR4 DIMMs, supports Dual Channel up to 5333+ (OC); offers 1 PCIe 4.0 x16; graphics options such as HDMI and DisplayPort; Realtek ALC897 7.1 CH HD Audio codec, Nahimic Audio; supports 4 SATA3 and 1 Hyper M.2... Visit www.asrock.com for more details.
*Note: CPU performance might be constrained by the power phase design.*
This board uses a 5-phase power system, which is relatively basic for high-end i7 and i9 CPUs. Upgrading may be necessary for better performance. A similar model is available from MSI MPG Z790I EDGE WIFI mITX at Ebuyer.com, offering a good selection of products.
Also, running the 13700K at full capacity with P cores at 5.3Ghz demands significant cooling.

Have you considered whether the ITX model will function properly with the Gigabyte B760I AORUS PRO DDR4?

As mentioned before, cooler performance matters a lot. The 13700k tends to overheat. Without a powerful air cooler or a mid-range AIO, it could be limiting its speed when under stress. This explains the reduced ratings.
