if the system experiences 100 percent disk usage occasionally without lasting long periods, it might seem suspicious, but it's actually quite normal. just ensure to check for Windows updates and disable any unnecessary services, such as stopping unknown processes.
It happens occasionally, every few to ten minutes, with durations varying from ten seconds to forty. This pattern has been consistent since April. Occasionally the issue resolves for a week or even a month, but it returns each time I switch devices. Sometimes it stops working entirely, preventing me from using the browser. Recently, within the last 24 hours, I received over 2500 disk warnings, as illustrated in an image attached (link provided).
