Hi everyone, I own a two-month old Lenovo Legion 5i Pro laptop. Since buying it around two months ago, I keep getting a critical error in my laptop's reliability report that says "Windows didn't shut down properly." It wasn't until I checked the history that I found out about it. Honestly, I was confused because I thought it was just a power supply issue or bad RAM, but both tests were perfect. After ruling those things out, I figured the problem is with the BIOS and it only shows up sometimes when I try to access it. The BIOS looks fine on paper and saves all my settings correctly. But the laptop still works pretty well except for this occasional glitch like that, and honestly, you wouldn't know anything was wrong unless you looked at those history reports. Any help would be great! Cheers.
