Hello, I’ve got a brand new PC, everything is working fine except for one issue that occurred about three weeks ago. It’s happened twice so far—once a few minutes ago and again now. It only happens when the system is idle and doesn’t display a blue screen with error messages or a sad face. Instead, it just restarts like a normal PC reboot, returning to your work without needing to sign in. I’m sure you’ll find some help soon!

It’s blue, sorry what I meant. It doesn’t provide the full screen with the sad face that says something went wrong. Instead, it just shows a blue restart screen. After about two seconds, everything returns to normal. My work stays saved and visible right where it is. This has only happened twice in three weeks—usually when browsing or watching YouTube. It doesn’t occur during games, though it’s still annoying.
