I was planning to get faster CPU and more RAM, but the second part isn't working well. Only 3100 MHz is reaching a decent speed.

He's asking if you have one memory stick (1x16) or two (2x8). Two sticks will give you a better boost. Turn on your performance overlay and see how hard the computer is working. Keith was right, Cyberpunk uses a lot of CPU power because so many things like people and palm trees are made by computers to show what happens in the game. That means it needs more processors and memory time.

A few memories... When I run a benchmark FPS test in games, everything looks fine and has high frame rates. But when I actually play, things get tricky. The frame rate changes depending on where I am on the map—it goes from around 48 to as high as 98.
