PSU is a MSI MPG A650GF 650W 80 PLUS GOLD, and the GPU is an rx 6700 xt with two 8 pin power connectors.
These are the PSU connections:

It looks like there are two cables on VGA 1, meaning if your graphics card needs two 8-pin connectors, you'd have one from VGA 1 (red or green) and another from VGA 2 (blue). However, this is based on the assumption that VGA 1 and 2 don't share the same rail internally, which isn't guaranteed. Without a schematic of the power supply, it's difficult to confirm.

Occasionally you need to hit the tough six and check the manual, it seems. The colors are green and blue, but the labels inside the manual vary.

Many of these manuals are translated from Chinese into English by individuals from Taiwan who have limited proficiency in both languages.
