Hi! I've been building my own PC recently, here are the details:
CPU: Intel Core i7-13700KF 3.4 GHz 16-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX 97 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z790-P ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
Storage: SK Hynix Platinum P41 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
Video Card: Asus DUAL OC GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
After connecting everything, I noticed no video output. The monitor is connected to the GPU. I've tried resetting CMOS, removing RAM sticks, taking out one stick, deleting SSDs, etc. Any advice?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Take out the discrete GPU and then check if you can display output from the motherboard onto your panel. If this fails, examine the CPU's socket for any bent or damaged pins.

You can still receive video signal without an integrated graphics CPU. You've already confirmed the CPU is in good condition.

Are all components functioning correctly (RGB on, fans running, etc)? If yes, switch to a different port (HDMI > DP or vice versa), use another cable, ensure it's securely connected, and adjust the input in your monitor settings if necessary. Consider testing with another monitor or TV if possible. If issues persist, the GPU might be forcing an unsupported resolution. Someone here might know how to preset a resolution or provide further guidance.
