Hello everyone, I'm not the most skilled at tweaking game settings, but let's try. I've been testing the Nioh 3 Demo and told a friend about how dark everything looked, especially when moving around the map. When I recorded it with OBS32.04, the video turned out well-lit. I'm unsure why this happens or how to fix it—could it be related to my Windows setup or something outside the game? Should I just increase the brightness in-game?

The recording is taken before the image exits the GPU. Therefore, your brightness problem could be:
* GPU display output port
* display cable between GPU and monitor
* monitor itself

I would explore options to boost brightness directly from the monitor. Raising in-game brightness might also assist. However, HDR tends to reduce contrast compared to SDR. I've noticed an issue with OBS Studio: when recording gameplay at normal brightness, it appears washed out or overly bright in VLC Player, but works fine after uploading to YouTube. I haven't investigated the cause yet.
