5800X3D / 7900XT / 32GB DDR4-3200 / Windows 11 / Rog B550-A, all temperatures and functions are normal. The power supply unit costs RM 750 and is also included. No overclocking is supported.
I've only encountered this issue in The Outer Worlds 2 so far on my PC. It mainly appears on the left side of the screen, especially when panning the camera left to right. Some surfaces cause bright pixels to flicker up and fade at the very edge of the pixel column. This doesn't occur on the opposite side of the monitor or in Metro Exodus: Enhanced Edition either. I'm puzzled about what's happening. Even slight camera movements make the display change, move, or disappear completely.
I've experimented with different AA/Upscaling settings, but nothing resolves the problem. I'm using the latest Radeon drivers as well.

RM 750x power supply is included as well.
What is the age of your PSU in this build?
Rog B550-A
This;
ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING | Motherboards | ROG Global
Are you using the board you mentioned? If so, which BIOS version are you running?
I also have the latest Radeon drivers installed.

It looks like you're using Adrenalin 25.10.2 (WHQL Recommended). If that's the case, did you install the newest version via DDU, or did you simply update the driver after the previous one?
If the problem appears only with one title, it might be a driver issue for that specific game or a flaw in the game itself.
