Hello everyone,
My PC is only a year old, and since I assembled it I've faced stuttering and frame drops. This hasn't happened before with my previous setup.
I ran benchmarks and stress tests to try and pinpoint the issue, but nothing resolved it.
I even replaced parts like the CPU, GPU, motherboard, power supply, and RAM kit, yet the problem continues.
It's still puzzling—am I just unlucky with the components?
I can't even play old games smoothly; Skyrim now drops frames constantly, no matter how many steps I take.
Even after updating the BIOS, reinstalling drivers, and doing a clean Windows install after formatting the drive, the issue remains.
Every new game I try stutters more than usual, with extreme frame drops that reset after a few minutes. When playing with friends, they always say their games run smoothly, but I know they're not.
I'd really appreciate knowing what's going on because after all these attempts it still feels like I'm missing something.

Between these steps and the hardware updates, it looks like you've already tackled many issues. I'm unsure if this approach will solve the core problem, but it could be worth a try. Consider running a DPC latency test. Are you using variable refresh rate? Adjusting it on the monitor, in the GPU driver, or turning VSync off in the game? A 7800XT performs well at 1080p. Have you tried limiting the refresh rate to around 140FPS (slightly above or below)? I usually set my FPS cap in the GPU driver so I don't have to remember it for each game.
