I would place it on the stock to address your problems, adding additional factors from your overclock could complicate matters further.
Did you ensure the correct chipset drivers were installed?

I visited the stock settings area and noticed the stuttering persists. During a 15-minute battle game, both monitors froze while the system continued to run. Could it be that a faulty GPU is causing this issue? I recently replaced the RAM, so my main concern is still related to the GPU.

Have you reinstalled Windows and subsequently installed the motherboard drivers? Are the monitors typically connected to the GPU? Do they share the same native refresh rate?
