What BIOS version are you using for your motherboard? Could you also tell me which SSD slots are being used on your system? When performing a clean OS installation, did both drives appear on the board? Are you referring to a specific operating system? Was the installation carried out in offline mode?
Thank you for your prompt response, I value the assistance greatly. For individuals with limited computer experience, this forum and especially the support of helpful users like you are truly valuable. Thank you very much!
I have updated my initial message so that others can view it clearly. The BIOS version is now F13A. I verified this a few weeks ago during an upgrade process. I did not carry out a clean installation of Windows 11 Pro in offline mode.
Samsung Magician reminded me to update the drivers recently. I followed that step. After checking, everything is current. I also switched my Samsung 990 Pro to Performance Mode since it's primarily used for gaming.
The Samsung Pro 990 was not included because I saw other discussions suggesting it should be removed. I did take it out, performed a clean install of Windows on the Samsung 990 EVO Plus, and then reinstalled it.
The Samsung 990 EVO Plus is in the M2M category, while the Samsung 990 Pro belongs to the M2A category.
One update. Just now I reassembled my motherboard, RAM, GPU, and all the connections. During assembly a few weeks ago, I overlooked placing the PSU-CPU wires first, which were at maximum capacity when installed. Now I rearranged them properly, giving both cables more space. After reassembly, I tested it, but results remain unchanged.
I changed my monitor and in-game settings to 170 Hz. The display supports this setting. In-game performance shows the CPU increasing to 200ms while experiencing stuttering and lag.
