I noticed that when playing games, my PC made a coil whine sound, but when I looked closer it seemed to occur when the system was idle with nothing connected. I checked my power supply and it wasn’t the source, so I think it’s coil whine again—unusual since it happens during idle or my AIO usually makes a high-pitched noise. This could be related to the GPU, but it’s not matching the typical patterns.

Sure, I can adjust that by swapping in another component or using the built-in graphics.

Yes, it looks like the GPU is involved, so you might want to be cautious.

I've swapped the fan on a few older graphics cards. Checking the cost of replacing yours is important. I can't guess how long it will last, but if the fan stopped working, the board might have been harmed before you could shut it down.

I received the card just over a month ago and it's hard to believe a fan would have fallen already.

It seems the GPU was removed and reinserted, but now the card is making coil whine again, unlike before.

New ideas often encounter problems. Consider the Apollo program and its numerous setbacks—despite massive funding and top talent, it still faced challenges. Infant mortality is referred to as such.
