I7 13700K
Gigabyte Aorus Ultra DDR5
XPG 1TB NVMe Gen4 (x3)
Corsair DDR516x2 6000mhz
Asus TUF OC 3070 TI
Asus Strix LC 360
Coolmaster TD500 Mesh
NZXT C850 Gold +
APC Easy UPS 2200VA (1200 Watt)
PC activates with a red light on the motherboard and displays random debug codes. No screen is present, so I visited a store to replace a RAM module which resolved the issue temporarily. After six days, the same problem recurred, prompting another visit.

The technician attempted various RAM configurations by swapping slots, finding it worked intermittently—success one time, failure the next. Based on this, they suspected a motherboard fault and sent the board for return.

I’m seeking advice from the forum. I’ve been saving for months to assemble this PC through countless sleepless nights. Please advise: is it likely a RAM, PSU, motherboard, CPU problem? Any insights from the video would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, I’ve experienced other issues:
1. The system powers on with a red light on the RAM and shows random codes during BIOS.
2. Frequent Ethernet disconnections occur every 10 to 20 minutes (not an issue on my laptop).
3. The PC boots into Windows, then shuts down and restarts automatically.

It seems there was a concern about a motherboard problem, and you asked if any BIOS updates were installed.

Yes, after fixing the 1 and 2 issues, I updated my BIOS and reinstalled Windows. The problem stopped occurring for about a week.

When you purchased your Corsair RAM, did you verify the 'supported ram list' at Gigabyte to confirm compatibility?
Have you experimented with a USB Ethernet adapter to determine if the issue resolves? Intel adapters are known for causing similar problems.
Could you provide the debug codes it displays?
The red light you observe on the RAM until the BIOS screen appears is likely part of the POST test the system runs before starting.

Yes, the salesperson confirmed support for DDR5 RAM.
Yes, I used the USB Ethernet port on my laptop, which worked without disconnection, so I’m confident the issue is with the PC.
This video can display all debug codes.
Yes, once the PC starts, it shuts off after 5 seconds and then restarts. Is this typical behavior?
