I’m confused about the noise coming from my PSU. It doesn’t match the fan’s behavior—it acts like coil whine but changes depending on where you look in the game. Closing the game stops it immediately, unlike a slowing fan. Could this be an unusual type of coil whine?

it's probably a faulty bearing when the fan speeds up or slows down, as it usually starts to grind.

This is a pretty new PSU and the previous one I had of the same model (which I RMAd because of this noise) also did it
