I purchased a used PC, a Lenovo Ideacentre equipped with an i7 3770 CPU, stock 3.4 and turbo 3.9. I have a three-step switch on top of the computer case, which is currently set to turbo mode. However, the CPU-Z shows my core voltage as 1.568. It seems the BIOS doesn't allow overclocking, and there are no settings available for the CPU. My multiplier is 39 and the bus speed is capped at 100 MHz. Everything appears stock, but the Vcore is between 1.5 and 1.6. The case uses stock air cooling, and temperatures are around 40-43°C when the case is closed.

Possibly faulty sensor detected? Consider downloading hwinfo64 and verify using hwmonitor. Temperatures would likely be extremely high.
