Thank you for your response.
I've experienced this before occasionally, but now it's occurring consistently since the new computer. The server browser only displays Chinese servers, and I'm unable to access Australian servers.

Only after a complete reset and reinstall should we proceed.
We need to try it in Windows 10 first, then evaluate for Windows 11.
Was the seller provided with documentation regarding the Windows license key?

For any used system...if you don't personally handle it, you must ensure a complete reset and reinstallation, since the manufacturer's seal remains intact. Even if the seller claims they just finished it recently!

It appears to be a Dell pre-built machine, doesn't it? There should be a service tag on the case. By checking the Dell website, you can learn more about its history.

Just reformatted the computer but this did not fix the issue.
What suggestions do you have now?
EDIT** I managed to download a server browser for MW2 that allowed me to select an AUS server. This server was stable and performed well. It appears quick play is affected by my location. What are your thoughts? Do I need a VPN?
