Hello everyone,
I own a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XT graphics card. After using the TriXX application, the RGB display stopped functioning. The card itself seems fine, only the RGB display is affected. I attempted a clean uninstall and reinstallation of the driver, as well as reformatting it, but it didn't resolve the issue. Anyone have any suggestions?

Which Trixx version are you using? Is your GPU connected to your motherboard's ARGB header? We'll need the motherboard model, BIOS details, and information about any lighting software installed. I attempted a clean uninstall, reinstallation, and formatting, but it didn't resolve the issue. Are you running DDU in Safe Mode?

One of the ARGB connections on my graphics card failed due to excessive pressure. I can't attach an ARGB cable now. I've set up the computer with a USB via Rufus and reinstalled the drivers, but the issue persists.

So before you installed Trixx, the lights were working and the card wasn't tethered to the motherboard with an ARGB cable?
Give the second post suggested in this thread, a shot;
https://www.sevenforums.com/pc-custom-bu...trixx.html
I've formatted the computer with a USB using Rufus and re-downloaded the drivers, but it's still the same.
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode? Manually installing all necessary drivers while in offline mode?
When I stated using DDU, I meant running it in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) then manually installing the latest version sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?
Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 Gaming wifi6
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800x3d
Ram: G.Skill 2x16 32gb trident z5.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You mentioned the DDU program, but I didn't use it because I completely reset my computer. I downloaded the Windows 11 Pro ISO file from the Windows website and connected to the internet during the installation. So, I didn't do an offline installation.
Since I'm connected to the internet, it probably downloaded the drivers itself. The long RGB portion of my Sapphirenitro+ RX7900XT graphics card still isn't lighting up. I've included a picture for you to understand better.

I saved the Windows 11 Pro ISO file from the official site and connected to the internet while installing. This means I didn’t perform an offline setup. The issue is that the OS will automatically download and install drivers it believes are suitable for your system. Running the installation in offline mode would result in missing or incorrect driver installation.

I’ve attached a picture to help clarify the situation.

I’m familiar with what the light bar indicates. I also revisited an older thread about SignalRGB and wondered if that might affect the outcome.

PSU: DeepCool PF750
Not a very reliable power supply.

You can find the appropriate drivers by visiting the official website of the manufacturer or searching for them in your system's settings.
