It might just be that the CPU is struggling from handling streaming and gaming at the same time. 6 core/12 thread CPUs work well for budget games, but doing both tasks together can slow them down. Do you have a way to lower or raise the streaming resolution? For example, can you switch to 720p instead of 1080p if needed? That could ease the load.

I plan to attempt that tomorrow. I also started considering my cooling approach. I've adjusted the CPU fan curve to be nearly silent during maximum load. Perhaps I should revisit that setting. I've been streaming at 1080p60 fps, so I'll start with 1080p30 and then move to 720p60fps. I'll share my findings tomorrow.
