Hello, I just put together my new PC and when it starts up a red and orange light appears. The system works fine, but it takes a bit of time to boot.
Specifications: CPU Ryen 5 7600, GPU RTX 3060ti, Motherboard MSI B650 Gaming PLus WIFI, RAM XPG LANCER DDR5 16gbx2 600Mhz, Power Supply Gigabyte B700h 700W.

Possible steps include unplugging the PC, waiting, removing the CMOS battery, reinserting it after a short delay, reseating RAM, updating BIOS, and moving RAM to slots A2 and B2. Check if the lights stay on or turn off intermittently.

AM5 builds require a brief delay upon startup (usually 30-40 seconds), but memory context restore in the BIOS can help speed it up—though this might lead to stability problems. The motherboard also goes through the LED sequence, but after the short beep they all stop and the system boots normally.

Yes, I was expecting that since you can boot into Windows. That's normal, and it does occur during startup.
