Continuing to experience random shutdowns followed by restarts has been increasingly disruptive. Yesterday I encountered two incidents, and now there have been several events today. Checking Event Viewer revealed recurring TPM-WMI-related events, specifically event ID 1795. Please assist me in resolving this issue—it's becoming quite bothersome. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the relevant screenshots documenting these occurrences since yesterday, so you can better understand the situation. I'm running Windows 10.

Update the BIOS of the motherboard
Identify the hardware you are working with
Examine potential issues by running userbenchmark.com and sharing the link, for example: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730
Reset the BIOS using a jumper, CLR CMOS or JBAT, and later configure boot priority appropriately
Verify system integrity through Windows tools
Launch the command prompt as administrator and execute DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Access the elevated command prompt on Lifewire for instructions: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-open-an-...pt-2618088
Refer to Microsoft support for clean boot guidance: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...e...5b60477a93
Perform a clean boot in Windows to diagnose problems
Microsoft Support provides details on this process

These are the Benchmarks results.
I never changed the BIOS on the motherboard since I didn’t encounter any issues, and I also read that it could be dangerous and might damage the board.
The Windows integrity check finished without any problems.
Why would I need to reset the BIOS using a jumper if I just updated it?
I checked the memory and hard drive and found no issues.
How long should I keep using Clean Boot?
I’m not sure what’s happening; I haven’t had any shutdowns or restarts today, which is strange.
