I constructed this PC in March, and for the last year I experienced occasional crashes that would turn my screen black and force a restart. The Event Viewer recorded numerous errors, but Event ID 41 (63) remained consistent during these incidents. Over time it became less common, making it difficult to determine if the issue resolved itself. I recently updated my BIOS, which was one of the recommendations I found, and I believed that fixed the problem. Still, it occurred again, and I’m uncertain about the cause.

I attempted system scans for damaged files, but everything came back clean. A full RAM test with MemTest86 showed no issues. The only remaining possibility is a PSU fault, though I’m unsure how to verify that. I prefer to confirm it’s a software-related issue before replacing parts.

Details:
OS: Windows 10
Board: MSI B650M-A WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
SSD: ADATA SU750 + Team Group MP33 M.2 2280 + Western Digital 1TB WD
RAM: Silicon Power Value Gaming DDR5 32GB (2x16GB)
PSU: CORSAIR RM850x

The "41" refers mostly to a generic message. It means the system has stopped working and it doesn't understand why. It's asking for help to fix the issue.
