Call of duty generally runs at about 110-120 fps, but occasionally I experience drops to around 50 fps for brief moments, sometimes lasting a couple of seconds. Delta Force (new game) performs well on medium settings; my PC should handle it smoothly, though I’ve seen spikes to 200fps followed by sudden drops to 65 or 40, with occasional lows down to 30 frames per second.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 8-core, 3801 MHz, 16 logical cores
BaseBoard Product: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II
Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 32 GB /3200 MT/s (Corsair Vengance RGB)
PSU: Corsair 850 watt
GPU: AMD RADEON RX 7800 XT

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Have you taxed the system with titles beyond Call of Duty(which CoD are we talking about) and Delta Force?
Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
