My friend's setup includes a 3060ti, i9 9900k, and 16GB of 3200mhz RAM. His graphics cards are dropping to low values in Valorant, far below the expected 500+. We checked his power supply and SSD space is nearly full at 300GB. I'm looking for any suggestions on what might be causing this issue, as I've tried all possible solutions.
