Good morning mate,
I've tested another monitor with a new DP cable, but the problem persists. It's also worth mentioning that the monitor supports 144hz G-SYNC. I've tried playing TW3 and the black flickering hasn't happened, at least not during my playtime (only about three hours).

Does it refer to avoiding any flickering black screen during gameplay of "The Witcher 3"?

That's correct, it's giving me the impression that the uncapped FPS might be the issue.

Consider adjusting the FPS settings and observing the results. You're likely using a 144Hz display. A single beep accompanied by the D6 error code might indicate an issue with your system RAM, but other factors could also be responsible. Also, inspect loose power cables on the motherboard, as well as the 24-pin, CPU cables, and PCIe cables connecting the GPU to the PSU.
